Prime Minister Narendra Modi has welcomed the inclusion of the Bhagavad Gita and Natyashastra in UNESCO’s Memory of the World Register, calling it a proud moment for every Indian worldwide. In response to a post by Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, PM Modi said the recognition highlights India’s timeless wisdom and rich cultural heritage.”The Gita and Natyashastra have nurtured civilisation and consciousness for centuries, and their insights continue to inspire the world,” PM Modi added, emphasising the significance of these ancient texts.
